I just want to say thank you for the meal, and not just that but having the option to carry out! I’ve worked with war vets that suffer from PTSD, and eating in a crowded restaurant just isn’t an option for them. My husband is a disabled Marine Corps war vet and was able to get his meal, and enjoy it at home. We live near Houston, TX, and you’d think lots of places offer this, but no. Nearly all are dine in only offers. So thank you so much. We appreciate the love and support! ❤️
Thank you for the free Veterans Day meal! Your Bryan, Texas location was awesome and very friendly. Great job!
Greatly appreciate the lunch. From this veteran to your establishment.
I just left from the Burlington, NC location. Up till this visit, I never ever walked out upset. I am a disabled vet and so is my husband. Heck I was leaving the military when he joined. Because of dual vet status we use it as a chance to go out on a date. My husband and I get to the counter and the general manager, I believe her name is dawn Lawson, not 100 percent, takes my husband's vet meal card no problem. When i go to present mine, i was asked if i was even a vet. It offended me, and i had to ask if it was hard to believe that a woman was a vet. Cause it certainly made me feel that way. So her reply was that a bunch of the combo cards had been stolen. So now that made me feel like I was a thief pretending to be a vet. I didn't complain at the store because she was the general manager and the one I had the problem with. This bothers me. And completely made me feel like being a female vet was not a thing. Still in shock about this
Went to the Freddie's in aurora colorado this veteran's day for the free combo card I heard they were offering veterans today with a picture of myself in my navy crackerjack uniform and was told I needed an ID , tried to tell the manager when you get discharged (honorably) and don't have have a disability or 20 years service you dont get an ID. They take your ID at discharge. But the manager would not listen. Made me feel like she thought I was lying to get a meal. Never in the years since I got out and while I was serving was I ever treated in such like this nor deserved it be. Will never go to that location of freddies ever again. Proud to be U.S. Navy veteran till the day I die. Regardless of this womans ignorance .
I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I was with service at the Surprise AZ location in regards to the discount. These kids apparently need to be educated on what Veteran means. She told my husband since he was not active duty, being a veteran gets him nothing but a general percentage discount. It was embarrassing. I had to re read her the huge flyer out front only for her to fling a card at my husband and walk away. I'm curious how many other vets she turned away today.
I was so bummed out when my husband went to go get his free combo card and our freddys told us they ran out 😢
Such a nice offer but the location we went to said they ran out. They weren't nice about it either.
Our local one for the last 2 years used to give 1 free combo to dine in plus a card to go. We went today and was told you must pay for your meals and we just get the discount then a card. So did it change? My 80 year old father was really upset about it. I understand but he just yea.
Moved from Wichita Ks to Fort Knox Ky. We missed Freddy’s and just saw you are coming to Radcliff Ky out prayers have been answered lol
Looks fabulous!!! Hurry up and get opened up in Madison, AL, please. ☺️😋🥰
I tried the bacon bleu burger today, and for the first time in history, I was underwhelmed at Freddys. It doesn’t touch the original double. There isn’t much flavor to it, even with the bleu cheese. It needs some sort of sauce, perhaps a mild buffalo.
My favorite burger (w/o onions)!
Great to see this post ‘cause when I have one in front of me doesn’t last long enough to get the pic!
Looks Yummy ! Just DON'T GO and put any of that Blu Cheese Crap on it and ruin it !
