A special memorial service for our friend John Townsend will be held at Park Square Theatre tomorrow on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.

This will be a public gathering for friends, family, and peers to share stories in memory of and tribute to John, who passed away unexpectedly this past week.

The gathering will be held at Park Square Theatre in the lower level Boss Stage, located at 408 St. Peter St., Saint Paul.

The Boss Stage at Park Square is accessible from either St. Peter Street next to Meritage or from 7th Place, next to Park Square. It is several blocks south of the Green Line from the 10th Street or Central stops.

Please join the community as we remember our friend and reflect on the enormous impact he's had on the Twin Cities arts and GLBT scene for so many years.
