Inbound BrewCo

This isn’t how we wanted to spend the summer with you, but global pandemics and systemic racism had other plans. So we are taking the opportunity to encourage our patrons to take action.

While our city is still demanding justice for George Floyd and our staff is still carefully implementing procedures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the state is allowing us to open our doors to you. Even after small businesses have been devastated by the economic downturn following the pandemic and our communities devastated by ongoing injustices and murder, our doors remain open to you.

It does not feel right to celebrate that we can pour you a beer again, but it does feel right to commune. Some of the best conversations and community organizing are done over a beer. Heavy hearts can be lightened in a shared space. We encourage you to use our tables for these purposes. Our community is running a marathon, not just a sprint, and that requires us to continue having conversations and hatching plans for years to come.

We never intend to profit or virtue signal at the cost of Black lives, and it’s nearly impossible to share our values as a business without doing so. While we cannot contribute financially to Black-led nonprofits at this time, we wholly plan to do so once we get our feet back under us after the pandemic passes (and we would gladly take our community's recommendations on this front). Right now, we encourage you to donate. Let your donation fund be greater than ever before. If you can afford a beer from us, you can donate too. We've shared several resources here: linktr.ee/inboundbrewco

If you choose to spend your time and money at our business, we are required to take reservations at this time. See our website or the link above for details.

Minneapolis, we are open again today 12-6pm. Patio reservations start tomorrow, June 1 (call 612-404-1981).

Our city was on fire, but then it was filled with music and helpers and protestors. All our hearts are broken in so many ways. Today, and in the coming days, we hope to offer what we can: a place to gather as a community.

The only way forward is together.

We'll be closing up our beer-to-go sales at 6pm for the duration of the city of Minneapolis' 8pm curfew so our staff can get home safely. Crowler delivery services are also suspended indefinitely.

Unless we share otherwise, we plan to continue to open at Noon daily so you can get your fill of local craft beer. Stay safe, Minneapolis.

Dear beer lovers,
We are so looking forward to pouring you a pint again. Starting on June 1, we will open our patio for socially distanced beer drinking. We hope you'll work alongside us as we build a new system for sharing beer. For all the details and answers to your questions, please visit our website https://inboundbrew.co/distanced-drinking

Here's the gist of it:

The biggest guideline we can offer is respect. Please, respect other patrons' space, respect our policies, respect posted signage, and respect the fact that we need to adhere to some pretty strict guidelines if we hope to make it through the next few months together.

Our hours will be 12-8pm for on-site consumption as well as beer-to-go sales. Our online ordering and pickup will continue as they have been for the last two months.

Beer drinking will only occur on the patio, rain or shine. Please use the side door to enter and exit the building. No beer drinking indoors under any circumstances.

We'll be pouring from a limited menu of beer plus non-alcoholic options. We'll have to ask you a few COVID questions on the day of before we can give you a beer, but they'll be quick and easy.

Reservations are required, in accordance with state guidelines. You can make a 1.5 hour reservation in selected time slots for a party of 1-6 people by calling our taproom Monday-Sunday 12-8pm. You must speak with a human being to confirm your reservation, no voicemails or emails please. You can reach us for reservations at (612) 404-1981.

We are currently taking reservations for June 1 through June 7, no walk-ups allowed. Reservations for the following week will open next Wednesday.

Please bring a mask for the purpose of ordering your beers and using the restroom. Customers without a mask are not permitted in the building, in accordance with City of Minneapolis guidelines.

We are seating one group per table, so we encourage you to show up with your quaranteam. If you make a reservation for one, you will be seated at a table alone. Please no sharing or moving tables.

No children are allowed at this time.

Only service dogs will be allowed at this time. It breaks our hearts that we can't say hi to your pups, but we need everyone on site to be focused on maintaining safety. Unfortunately, cute dogs are too much of a distraction.
We're here all weekend long ☀️ Stop by for a beer 12-8pm daily or order delivery if you're in Minneapolis: https://inboundbrew.co/shop-online
