Oh my, what I wouldn't give for a chopped beef sandwich. They were my favorite when I lived in Baytown. When I flew back to visit Grandma & Grandpa Yancy, I would stop by Roasters first thing to get a sandwich. Aunt Freda froze some for me once and sent it on the plane with my little sister Amanda. I drove the 2 hours to pick her up from the plane to make sure I got. It's the best!

Just a friendly reminder, due to funeral services for Lowell, Rooster’s will be closed today. We will reopen tomorrow for regular business hours. Thank you. ... See MoreSee Less

We would like to say thank you to everyone: our family, friends and the Baytown community for coming to Lowell Cox's visitation today. Our family loves you and appreciates all your kindness, thoughts and prayers this past week. It has been difficult to respond to each post and comment but we can’t thank everyone enough for their kind words and support during this difficult time. We have enjoyed reading the personal stories and memories you all have shared with Lowell and it is comforting to know how many lives he touched throughout Baytown. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all ❤️ ... See MoreSee Less
