We’re proud to have so many veterans in our family. We can’t imagine our team, or our country, without you. Thank you for helping make our Cracker Barrel locations feel like home. ... See MoreSee Less
My family and I had lunch at the Cracker Barrel in Corbin KY on 11/12/18. The service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive; however, my step father, who is a military veteran, had a surprising and rude encounter while paying for the meal. He asked the cashier if there were any military discounts seeing as that is common for many restaurants on a day-to-day basis but also bc it is Monday the day Veterans Day is observered. The cashier rudely said, “we took care of the Veterans yesterday.” It wasn’t as much the meaning behind what she was saying but how she said it with such little respect. Clearly, she isn’t in control of Cracker Barrel’s policies. How disappointing though, especially how Cracker Barrel likes to pride themselves in “southern homestyle hospitality.” On my way out the door, I noticed military hoodies for sale. Not surprising that a company would try to make a few dollars from Veterans but pay them little respect. I saw an older gentlemen dressed in his military dress uniform coming in to dine. I felt sorry for him as he walked in and how dispointed he would be. Cracker Barrel might donate money to vets but they have little respect to the veterans who visit their restaurants every day. I’m very disappointed.
Although I appreciate that you recognize Veterans, I could not help but notice that you posted nothing about Memorial Day this year. May this not happen again.
Thanks Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for honoring our Veterans!! #lovecrackerbarrel
I was in for breakfast and didn’t get a chance to eat because we had to evacuate, could you tell me why?
Terrell, Texas... if you build it, they will come! Thank you Veterans... Thank you Cracker Barrel !
It would be wonderful if you truely meant that by carrying a product that says “United States Coast Guard”. You seem to have forgotten them!
They had a job fair forbthem here in my town, Medford, OR, I asked one of the ladies there doing applications, is everything gonna be same as North Carolina, she said, down to the sweet tea, well was I surprised, it wasn't, for one, they used tablets to take our order, hated that, they were all thumbs, the rolls were half size, there chicken fried steak, was not same. It's almost like someone tried opening a knock off restuarant! Big disappointed for our family!

Thank you for remembering and honoring Cracker Barrell from a Vietnam Veterans Daughter
They can’t seem to offer a free meal to our Veterans though. The one in my town is only offering a free piece of cake.
But you don’t give military discount when we go to eat??
Went there today,by myself,had their.pancake delicious 😋
Happy Veterans Day to all Veterans. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, you rock!!!
It would be nice if you gave a discount to Veterans when they eat there. So many places do
Why is your store closed in Kalamazoo Michigan
Love cracker barrel. Wish we had more of them here in Oregon.
Thanks Cracker Barrel for helping our veterans!
Just left CB and worst visit ever. 4 pm and out of pinto beans, chicken fried chicken, to go boxes, 30 minutes wait on half cooked corn bread and pot roast was mostly fat.
Are you still in the practice of firing little old ladies getting close to retirement?
